01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated herein by reference.

02Eligibility

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

03Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

04License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational and entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, automation, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage in battles or leaderboards.
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content (including profile photos).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or overload the App or its servers.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

06User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your username and profile photo). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it solely to operate and improve the App. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to share it.

07Educational Content and AI Disclaimer

Quiz questions, answers, explanations, and exam-preparation materials are generated using artificial intelligence and curated by human experts, and may contain inaccuracies. The content is a supplementary study aid only and must not be treated as definitive ground truth for official competitive examinations.

08Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, trademarks, software, and content (excluding user content), is owned by or licensed to Hiteshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

09Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to those practices.

10Third-Party Services and Links

The App relies on third-party services (such as Firebase and cloud providers) and may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party services or content.

11Beta and Service Availability

The App may be offered during a beta testing phase and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the App.

12Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and all content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that quiz answers or solutions are complete or correct.

13Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstance shall Quizee, Hiteshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, or developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of marks, negative marking penalties, exam failure, or career setbacks — resulting from your use of, or reliance on, the App. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quizee and Hiteshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time; upon account deletion, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

16Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

17Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted. By continuing to use the App after any amendments, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
